Our summer program recruits highly qualified candidates from all over the world to assist us for a period of 3 months during the off school period with firm matters, including research and client negotiations, while learning about Chinese culture and improving skills in Putonghua.

Our highly successful associate recruitment looks for qualified candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience  in all different areas of law. Our typical successful candidate is someone who is experienced in one or two areas of law, such as general corporate or intellectual property, and if fluent is written and spoken English.  Recommendation from previous employers as a hard working, highly motivated and open individual will be helpful in as part of the candidate's introduction of himself.  Willingness to help the firm market its services and able to be creative in finding ways to distinguish the firm from the rest are traits IPO PANG considers crucial in its hiring decision.  Successful associates will find IPO PANG an ideal forum because of its emphasis on self improvement and continuing legal education.

Senior lawyers with years of experience and a book of business are also invited to inquire about IPO PANG's lateral partner program.  We recruit highly experienced attorneys who can expand the firm's capabilities, guanxi and most importantly, the firm's leadership as we infuse new blood into a dynamic shareholder base of the firm.  These new recruits will find IPO PANG offer significantly better benefits, more open style of management and better opportunity for senior lawyers to improve their understand of law with educational programs abroad supported by the firm.  Finally, because of the firm's generous compensation system, senior lawyers will find their earnings as a percentage of their billings will be significantly higher at IPO PANG.
