Ken Zhang is an Associate at IPO Pang Shenjun Law Firm and is a graduate of Fudan University in Shanghai with a degree in law. He also completed advanced studies in law and economics in Hong Kong University. Mr. Zhang specializes in litigation, intellectual property disputes of all kinds, corporate and employment/labor matters and general contracts. He also practices trademark registration, contract disputes, private lending, labor relationship, real estate sales and leasing and corporate legal consultation (general legal affairs of enterprise management). With over 5 years of legal experience, Mr. Zhang adheres to the philosophy and practice principle that “all people are good” and he is fully committed to providing his clients with high-end personalized comprehensive legal solutions.

Mr. Zhang has extensive experience with arbitration, having handled numerous arbitrations before CIETAC as well as the Shanghai Labor Commission. He has represented clients from Germany, United States, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, and Japan.

He is a contributor to numerous articles on doing business in China and has traveled extensively through China and in Asia in general. Mr. Zhang speaks English, Mandarin Chinese and Shanghainese and is a member of numerous bar associations, including the All China Young Lawyers Association.
