JoeyNing is an Associate at IPO Pang Shenjun Law firm and is a graduate of East China University of Political Science and law with an LL.B degree. He also holds an LL.M degree from Chicago-Kent College of law in the United States. Mr. Ning is a member of the Chinese Lawyers association.
Before joining the Firm, Mr. Ning worked foranother top law firm in Shanghai as an associate where he specialized in litigation, general corporate, and commercial matters, including designing equity incentive structure.During his tenure at his former firm, he worked on several major litigations involving, contract disputes, marine insurance disputes, and labor disputes. He has extensive experience in insurance and new energy. His current practice focuses on litigation, commercial arbitration, and Alternative Dispute Resolution, as well as company law and employment matters. Mr. Ning speaks and writes English and Mandarin Chinese.
