Rebecca Jing is Counsel at IPO Pang in Shanghai. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and German from the University of Nottingham, which included an exchange program in Germany focused on international relations and international law. She further obtained a Master’s degree in International Business and International Relations.

She is a qualified lawyer in China and her practice focuses on investment and financing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial transactions, dispute resolution and labor law. Prior to joining IPO Pang, she worked at Hengdu Law Firm, where she handled a range of civil, commercial, and criminal cases, and served as corporate counsel reviewing legal risks for enterprises.

She is fluent in English, Mandarin, and German, which enables her to navigate effectively across different cultural and business contexts. She is dedicated to maintaining the highest professional standards and focuses on understanding and serving her clients' needs. By applying her legal knowledge and experience with diligence, she strives to provide reliable support and contribute to achieving clients' objectives.
