Mr. Feng is the director of Shanghai Lin-gang Intellectual Property Exchange Promotion Center, holds a master's degree in engineering from Tsinghua University, with professional qualifications as a patent agent and lawyer. He is a doctoral candidate at Shanghai International Intellectual Property Institute of Tongji University.

Mr. Feng specializes in International IP governance, IP strategy, IP policy, technology transfer and transformation, IP value evaluation, IP licensing and patent pool construction and other related fields. He has rich experience in intellectual property theory and practice.

With nearly 10 years of practical experience in intellectual property management and agency, he has completed several research projects on intellectual property rights and has published academic articles such as the analysis and control of the quality of laser hot wire welding surface repair and forming, and the research on the fair value evaluation system of patented technology based on the income method.
