Yvonne Wu is an Associate at IPO Pang in Shanghai. She obtained her Bachelor degree of business management with a major in business economics at The University of Queensland, and Master degree of Law at The University of New South Wales. Her practice focuses on Corporate, Financial, IP, and dispute resolution. Prior to joining IPO Pang, Ms. Wu worked as Legal Risk Controller at ShanShan Resource Group, a Legal Assistant at the Australian Dispute Center, and held legal positions at several international law firms.  Her prior experience also includes serving as a pricing analyst at Thermo Fisher Scientific.

She is fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, and brings with her both language and cultural understanding of both Chinese and the West.
