David Chao is a Senior Partner and Deputy Director at IPO Pang Shenjun Law Firm, specializing in civil litigation, criminal defense, company law, intellectual property law, insurance law, bill law and other commercial litigation. Mr. Chao graduated from Chongqing Southwest University of Political Science and Law with a Bachelor of Laws and obtained his legal professional qualification in February 2005. He has practiced in Shanghai since 2006.

Mr. Chao served as the legal supervisor of a real estate company and a legal consulting company before practicing law, and has successfully represented major, complex and difficult cases and cases with great impact in the Shanghai area.
