Edward Zhang is Associate at IPO Pang Shenjun Law Firm. He was admitted to the Chinese bar in 2013 and is also a holder of a Teacher’s Qualification Certificate. His practice covers a wide range of legal disciplines, including corporate, intellectual property, contracts, foreign direct investments, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions. Before joining the Firm, Mr. Zhang was an intern in the Shanghai Second Intermediate People’s Court and worked on both civil and criminal cases. He was also an intern for a law firm in Heilongjiang Province in China’s Northern Region prior to joining the Firm.

Mr. Zhang has worked in China and the United States. He is an avid basketball player and believes discipline on the basketball court generates discipline in the courtroom as well. He works closely with senior management on numerous matters and has had extensive experience working with international clientele.
