Huang Miaoping is a Senior Partner at IPO Pang Shenjun Law Firm and Director of the Litigation and Opinion Committee. He is also a member of the Research Committee on Merger and Reorganization of Shanghai Lawyer’s Association. With over 15 years of experience, Mr. Huang’s main practice includes: strategic consultation (major investment and crisis management); enterprise merger and reorganization (and investment and financing based on merger and reorganization); real estate legal affairs; land transaction operation and consultation; shareholder rights management; banking legal affairs; private lending legal affairs; enterprise legal consultation (general legal affairs and enterprise operations).
