James Huang is a Partner at IPO Pang Shenjun Law Firm, and practices investment and crisis management law, real estate, engineering and construction, shareholders’ equity, corporate M&A, banking laws, including private lending and debt assessment. Mr. Huang is also a litigator and was lead counsel on 37 cases, of which he won 35 of them for the clients. Some of Mr. Huang’s representative clients include Shanghai Branch of Bank of China, Yan Cheng No.2 Constructive Co., Ltd, and Five-star Construction Group Co., Ltd. Mr. Huang also provides legal services and consultation to three major real estate companies, over 50 local companies as their outside general counsel, and five listed enterprises with assets over a hundred million.

Mr. Huang is an active member of the Chinese legal community and has provided legal services to numerous multinational corporations in a variety of industries in China including financial services, power, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical. Mr. Huang has also represented clients in arbitration, litigation and other legal proceedings. Mr. Huang is also a member of the Chinese Communist Party.
