Jianguo Wen is a Senior Advisor at IPO Pang Shenjun Law Firm. Mr. Wen advises clients who are interested in investing in pharmaceutical and food industries in China. After finishing his studies of Industrial Automation at the Beijing University of Technology, he worked for more than 25 years at China Food and Drug Administration of China (CFDA). Mr. Wen took on many roles such as Chief Constable or Chairman of various departments within the organization. He has also liaised with the China Resources Corporation and China Everbright Trading Company, which has been involved in pharmaceutical technology and related products for the past 10 years.

After retiring in 2010 from the CFDA, Mr. Wen served as a consultant for many domestic enterprises and foreign companies on their investments in China. He has been involved in the development of early cancer diagnosis kits, liver cancer medications, and therapeutic tumor vaccines. He also guides pharmaceutical and medical companies worldwide in their search for investment in China. With an extensive portfolio of business resources and high expertise in the industry, Mr. Wen provides invaluable guidance for clients, especially in the areas of pharmaceutics, consumer products, and manufacturing.
