Mr. Wang is a Partner at IPO Pang Shenjun Law Firm. During his 15 years as a practicing attorney, Mr. Wang has focused his practice on Civil Procedure Law, Corporate Law and Corporate Litigation. Over the past 15 years, Mr. Wang has represented numerous clients, ranging from large multinationals to mid-size Chinese companies, in various business transactions and dispute resolution cases. All of which have covered a number of business sectors, including manufacturing, high technology, consumer products and automotive.
Mr. Wang has advised numerous multi-national corporations and international investment banks on their investment ventures and business transactions in China. Over the years, he has acted as lead PRC counsel in a number of foreign investments, merger and acquisition and financing projects. Mr. Wang is a graduate of China North East Normal University where he majored in law and economics. Mr. Wang is active in the Shanghai Lawyer’s Association.
