Wendy Liu is an Accounting Specialist at IPO Pang Shenjun Law Firm and a member of the Firm’s Foreign Direct Investment Department as well as the Forensic Accounting Department. Ms. Liu majored in Economics and graduated first in her class from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. Ms. Liu is an accomplished accountant, having received her CPA qualifications in 2003. She focuses her practice on assisting foreign direct investment companies with their tax reporting issues, audit requirements, bookkeeping and other related issues.

Ms. Liu is fully capable of all handling accounting and book-keeping tasks required by Chinese regulations as well as working with foreign accountants in meeting GAAP and IFRS requirements.
